NOTE

Vu la variété considérable de types de biscuits, vous devrez considérer quelle sorte de pâte à biscuits vous désirez cuire, fraîche, réfrigérée ou congelée, et ajuster le temps de cuisson pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats.

Par exemple, de la pâte à biscuits congelée nécessitera un plus long temps de cuisson. La quantité de pâte par biscuit ou l’épaisseur peuvent aussi inﬂuencer le temps de cuisson.

NOTE

Le four mémorisera votre sélection de température et de temps de cuisson des biscuits jusqu’à ce que vous la changiez ou que vous débranchiez le four. Lorsque le four sera rebranché, la fonction COOKIE (Biscuits) retournera automatiquement aux préréglages de température de 350˚F (175°C) et de temps préréglé de ‘:14 MINS’.

5.Pressez le bouton START/CANCEL pour activer ce réglage. Le contour du bouton s’illuminera en rouge, le signal sonore se fera entendre et l’écran ACL s’illuminera en orange.

6.L’écran ACL afﬁchera en clignontant ‘PREHEATING’ (Préchauffage). Une fois le cycle de préchauffage terminé, le signal sonore se fera entendre.

7.Déposez les aliments sur le plateau en émail de Breville ou dans un plat à l’épreuve de la chaleur, et placez-le au centre de la grille, de façon à ce que l’air circule tout autour des aliments.

NOTE

Il peut être nécessaire de graisser légèrement le plateau de cuisson en émail ou de le chemiser de papier parchemin aﬁn d’empêcher les biscuits de coller.
