Prints the Help List so you can see at-a-glance how to quickly program your machine.

Lists names and numbers stored in the Speed-Dial memory, in numerical order.

Lists information about the last incoming and outgoing faxes.

(TX means Transmit.) (RX means Receive.)

Prints a Transmission Verification Report for your last transmission.

Lists your settings.

Lists your Network settings.

To print a report

1 For MFC-3420C, press Menu/Set, 5. For MFC-3820CN, press Menu/Set, 7.

2 Press or to select the report you want. Press Menu/Set.

—OR—

Enter the number of the report you want to print. For example, press 1 to print the Help List.

3 Press Mono Start.
