Printing a reduced incoming fax (Auto Reduction)
If you choose On, the machine reduces an incoming fax automatically, so that it fits on to one page of A4 size paper.

If it is not illuminated in green, press 
(Fax).
Press Menu/Set, 2, 1, 5. | 5.Auto Reduction |
Use

to select On (or
Off).
Press Menu/Set.
Press Stop/Exit.
If you receive faxes that are split onto two pages, turn on this setting. But if sending document is too long, the machine may print it on two pages.
If left and right margins are cut off, turn on this setting.
Printing a fax from the memory
If you set Fax Storage to ON for Remote Retrieval, you can still print a fax from the memory when you are at your machine. (See Setting Fax Storage on page

After printing has finished, press Stop/Exit.
