Charging the rechargeable battery pack

Insert the plug on the AC adapter cord into the connector on the machine and insert the AC adapter plug into a standard electrical outlet. While the rechargeable battery pack is charging, the charging indicator light lights up. Charging time is approx. 3 hours. The charging indicator light turns off when charging is completed.

Replacing the rechargeable battery pack

Replace the rechargeable battery pack when the P-touch labeler can only be used for a short time even after recharging. A fully charged battery pack will continually print one full tape cassette at 77 °F. While the replacement period varies depending on the conditions of use, the rechargeable battery pack will generally need to be replaced after approximately one year. Be sure to replace it with the specified rechargeable battery pack (BA-7000).
