Mode

•Press the MODE button until the voice says ‘Answer Mode using Announcement 2’.

•Press the MODE button. Voice says ‘Mode’.

•Press the PLAY button. Your message is played back. Along with any concluding message.

•Stop playback at any time by pressing the STOP button.

To delete your second outgoing message (A2)

Mode

•Press the MODE button again. Voice says ‘Answer Mode using Announcement 2’.

Display shows A2.

•Press the MODE button again. Voice says ‘Mode”.

•Press and hold the DELETE button until the outgoing message is deleted.

Using your Diverse 2016 answering machine

To record an advisory announcement (A)

Mode

•Press the MODE button repeatedly until the voice says ‘Answer Mode using Advisory Announcement’.

Display shows A .

•Press the MODE button once again. Voice says ‘Mode’.

•Press the RECORD button within 3 seconds. Your handset rings.

•Press the PHONE button on your handset. The voice says ‘Recording advisory announcement’.

•Press the END CALL button to end the recording.

The unit will then automatically revert into ‘Answer ON’ mode and accept calls.
