To select your Answer and Record outgoing message via the handset

		The prompt will announce,
		“Your outgoing message is .......”
		followed by
	1	– To hear main menu, press 1.
	T	– To hear the outgoing

	8	message menu, press 8.

return the handset to standby.

To select your Answer Only outgoing message via the handset

Menu	Press the  button twice.
T
UV	Press the 8 button.

	To select Answer Only
NO	outgoing message, press the
M
6	6 button.
	The prompt will announce,
	“Your outgoing message is .......”
	followed by
1	– To hear main menu, press 1.

TUV – To hear the outgoing

8message menu, press 8.

return the handset to standby.

To delete your own outgoing message and re-instate the pre- recorded outgoing message via the base unit

You can delete your personalised outgoing message and return to your Synergy 700’s pre-recorded outgoing message.

First select the outgoing message that you want to delete.

Whilst your outgoing message Del is playing press the DELETE

button on the base unit.

The message will stop playing and you will hear a short beep, then the default pre-recorded outgoing message will be played.
