Printing a Document in Memory

Before printing a document, make sure you have the correct BJ cartridge installed.

	Black & White	Colour Document

		if converted to black
		& white.

Follow this procedure to print a document stored in memory:

1Press Function.

2Press Memory Reference.

3Use d or u to select PRINT DOCUMENT.

4Press Set.

5Use d or u to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to print.

•The marks before the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) mean the following:

–(No mark): Black & white document

–A: Colour document

–#: Black & white document being sent

–&: Colour document being sent

•If you are unsure of the transaction number

(TX/RX NO.), print the DOC. MEMORY LIST. (1 p. 7-16)

•Use l or r to display details of the transaction (destination, for example).

6Press Set.
