3. Faulty pickup

<Symptoms> • Paper not picked up, or multiple pages picked up

•Paper skewed or not output

•Frequent paper jams

<Cause> • Faulty sheet feeder unit

•Faulty paper edge guide, platen, feed roller, spur unit, pinch roller and holder, paper output roller, transmission roller parts

•Faulty paper feed motor

•Faulty paper output unit

•Faulty sensor lever

•Smally pieces of paper or other foreign objects in the mechanism

Check print media and

ambient conditions.

Yes	Use print media and
