Command Summary

Restart Command

Use this command to reset the hub.

restart

Syntax: restart

Mode: Administrator

Description: Performs a firmware reset for the hub using the bootup option selected with the bootup-optioncommand. (See the section “Bootup Option Commands” earlier in this chapter for a description.)

The hub, ports, and statistic configurations are saved during a firmware reset.
