Monitoring the Cisco Unified IP Phone Remotely
To allow system administrators to remotely monitor the operation of a phone, each
Cisco UnifiedIP Phone has a web page from which you can view a variety of
information about the phone. You can use the following to assist you with
troubleshooting a phone:
Device information
Network configuration information
Network statistics
Device logs
Streaming statistics
You can also obtain much of this information directly from a phone. For more
information, see Chapter7, “Viewing Security Information, Model Information,
Status, and Statistics on the Cisco Unified IP Phone.”
