UDI Displays the following Cisco Unique Device Identifier
(UDI) information about the phone:
•Device Type—indicates hardware type. For
example, phone displays for all phone models
•Device Description—displays the name of the
phone associated with the indicated model type:
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7970G, Global
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7971G-GE, Global,
Gig Ethernet
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7961
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7961G-GE, Global,
Gig Ethernet
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7941
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7941G-GE, Global,
Gig Ethernet
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7911G
– Cisco Unified IP Phone 7931G
•Device Model—specifies the phone model
•Device Version Identifier—represents the
hardware version of the phone
•Device Serial Number—displays the phone’s
unique serial number
Time Time obtained from the Date/Time Group in
Cisco Unified CallManager to which the phone
