Removing the Chassis Cover

a. Loosen the five locking screws fo r the negative, return, and grou nd connectors on the DC con nector.

b. Remove the +48 VDC return w i re s fro m th e D C co nnectors.

c. Remove the -48 VDC wires in to t he DC negative connectors.

d. Remove the safety ground wire from the DC connector.

Step 2 Remove all interface cables from th e r ea r panel of the universal gateway.

Step 3 Place the universal gateway so that the front panel is facing you.
