AAA Page—Authentication Tab

Use the Authentication tab of the AAA page to define the methods used to authenticate users who access the device. Authentication methods are defined in a method list, which define the security protocols to use, such as RADIUS and TACACS+.

Note You can use the method list defined in this policy on the console and VTY lines

that are used to communicate with the device. See Console Policy Page, page K-117and VTY Line Dialog Box—Authentication Tab, page K-136.
