,_ WARNING: Unplugthe saw whileremoving or
replacingthe blade guard. Turn on the saw with
theswitch on the arm to confirmthe blade is not
receivingpower.
•Remove the bladeand bladeguard (see Assembly
section).
•Placea supportthe same height as the saw table
nearbyfor the cut work. Lower the blade withthe
elevatinghandwheel.
•Make sure the wood is nottouchingthe blade.
Insertthe key and turn on the sew. Letthe blade
buildup to full speed beforecontacting the work-
piece,
WARNING: Alwaysuse pushblockswhen
makingnon-through rip cutsto avoid the risk of
seriousinjury. Never feedwood with your hands.
•When the workis completed, press the switchoff
and remove the key,
