Epson P953A Colors are different from what you expect.

The printer driver settings are
not correct. Check the printer driver sett ings to make sure they are appropriate. If
these settings are correct, check your
application because some settings are
overridden by application settings.

The High Speed setting is
selected in the printer driver. To obtain higher quality output, make sure High Speed is not selected.
Colors are different from what you expect.
Cause What to do
The color print head nozzles
are clogged. Clean the print head. See “Cleanin g the Print Head” on page 8-30.
Black ink is selected in your
printer driver. Set the Ink setting to Color.
The paper is not loaded
printable side up. Check that the printable si de of the paper is facing up.
The Media Type setting does
not match the paper loaded. Change the Media Type setting in your printer driver to match the ty pe
of media you have loaded.
Load media that matches the Media
Type setting you selected in the
printer driver.
The ICM (Windows) or
ColorSync (Macintosh)
setting in your driver is not
appropriate for your
document.
Select Automatic as the Mode setting
in the printer driver.
