3. For Windows 95, right-click your printer icon, and click

Properties.

For Windows NT 4.0, right-click your printer icon, then

click Document Defaults.

The Main, Paper, and Layout menus contain the printer

driver settings. The Utility menu contains the printer

utilities.

4. Click the corresponding tab at the top of the window to view

a menu.

Follow these steps to access the printer software from Program

Manager:

1. Double-click the Co ntrol Panel icon in the Main group.

2. Double-click the Printers icon.

3. Choose your printer from the Installed Printers list.

4. Choose Setup. You see the Main menu of the pr inter software

window. The Main and Paper menus contain the prin ter

driver settings. The Utility menu contains the printer

utilities.

5. Click the corresponding tab at the top of the window to view

a menu.
