Modifying the Printout Style (Windows 95 & NT 4.0)
The Orientation feature in the Paper menu and the Layout
menu allow you to make various print settings that affect the
way your document is printed and the look of your printout.
This section describes the features provided for Windows 95
and NT 4.0. For more details, see online help.

Using the Orientation feature (Pa per menu)

The orientation box contains the Rotate by 180° setting.
The Rotate by 180° setting rotates your document 180 degrees
vertically, which allows you to print closer to the bottom edge.
This is possible because the printer’s minimum top margin is
smaller than the minimum bottom margin.
Check here to
minimize the blank
area at the bottom
of your printout.
