6.1.7.2 Copying a job
Youuse this procedureto c opy a jobt o selecteds ervers.
1. Onthe Job Detailstab, select thejobthat you want to copy, see "J ob
Detailst ab" onpage 71.
2. Select Copy Job.The Copy Job wizard opens with the first st ep
ChooseServer.
3. Select a serverto w hich the jobis t o bec opiedfrom the Possible
Serverlist.
4. Click >. The selected server is copied to the Destination Serverlist.
5. Repeatsteps 3 and 4 for each server to which you want to copy the job.
6. Click Next. TheLogOn step opens.
7. Logon to all servers that requireuser authentication (Agent Access=
restrictedornot certified).
8. Click Next. TheE nter Job Name step opens.
9. Assign a nameto the job in the Job N amef ield.
10. Assigna description to the job in the Description field if required.
11. Click Next. Thelast st epSchedule Job opens.
12. Specify the time at which the job is to be transferredto the servers in
theTransfer Time field.
13. Specify the time at which the updatephase is to be started on the
serversin the Flash Time f ield.
14. Specify the time at which the server is to be rebootedin the Boot Time
field(only if Reboot =yes).
15. Click Finish to start the copy process.
