6.3.6 Assigning servers to a download task
Inorder to use a downloadtask, youassign the requiredservers to it.
1. Goto the Task Managementt ab.
2. Inthe table, select t hedownload task you want to use for your
server(s).
3. Click Activate.. . .
Thedialog box forass igningservers is displayed.
4. Inthe list onthe left, s elect the server(s)you want to ass ignto t hedown-
loadtask.
5. Click >. The serverss electedin t helis t on the left are shownin t helis t
onthe right.
6. Repeatsteps 4 and 5 until all the requiredservers ares hownin t helis t
onthe right.
7. Click Assign to save the assignmentof s erversto t hedownload task.
Click Close to cancel processingand discard all changes.
6.3.7 Editing a download task
1. Goto the Task Managementt ab.
2. Selectthe download task you want to edit in the table.
3. Click Edit ... .
lYoucan change the time at which the downloadtask ist o be
executedunderSelect Date and Time to Start.
lYoucan change the numberof requiredlog files under Journalize
Log Data.
lAs longas no server is assigned to this download task, you can
changehow often the downloadtask is tobe executed under
Frequency.
4. Click Createto save the download task.
Click Close to cancel processingand discard all changes.
