Installationvia ASP (AutonomousSupport Package), SV Update

Youstart the installation via the installation package SVUpdateAgent_Win_
ASP_<vers>.exe, which you will find on the ServerViewU pdateDVD under:
Firmware- Agent-Win- S V-Update-Agent.
Youcan install the update agentat t hecommand level using the following
command:
start /wait SVUpdateAgent_Win_ASP_<vers>.exe
4.1.3.2 Installation under Linux or VMWare (ESX)
Updateagent version4.91 and higheris onlyinstalled if the server is online-
update-capable,i.e. onlinetoolsf orupdating the firmwareare available. Older
systems arenot s upportedas of Update ManagementV6.0.

Youstart the installation via the installation package SMAWgfa-<Release>-
<Version>.rpm,w hich youw ill find on the ServerViewSuite D VD 1 under
Firmware- Agent-Lx - SV-Update-Agent.
Youcan install the update agentat c ommandlevel using the following com-
mand:
rpm {-i | -U --nopreun --nopostun}
SMAWgfa-<Release>-<Version>.rpm
Theoptions have the followingmeanings:
-i
Youuse this option to start the initial installation.
-U
Youuse this option to start an update installation.
