5.1.5.2 Cleanup Wizard
Youcan use this wiz ardto c leanup the updateagent of a server if the agent
status is error.
Resettingthe update agentmay be necessary if a job st ops with Job Status
=errorand the returntext c ontainsthe message Pending Jobs. You can
view thereturn text for a job by selecting the job on the Job Details tab and
openingtheShow JobDetailsdialog. Pending Jobs is returnedif the
updateagentis alreadyprocessingjobs f romanother managementstation or
jobsstarted via CLI.
TheCleanup Wi zardc omprisesseveral dialog boxes to guideyou through
theindividual steps. All requiredst eps aredisplayed in the tree structureon
theleft.
Toopen the Cleanup Wizard, select the server on the Server Details tab
andclick C leanup.

LogOnis the first step in the wiz ard.H ereyou log on to all servers that
requireuserauthentication (AgentAccess=restrictedornot certified).
