6.2 RepositoryManager
TheRepository Managerhas the following characteristics:
lIt recognizesthe relevant updateinformation in the repository
lIt can changepropertiesof theupdate information(for example, sever-
ity)
lIt can releaseupdates
lIt can importthe Firmware file directory from the ServerView Update
DVD. An import of componentswit h the samev ersionfrom the DVD
overwritesthe contents of the repository.

6.2.1 Opening Repository Manager

Therearetw o ways to open the Repository Managerin the ServerViewOper-
ationsManager:
lOnthe start page of the ServerView OperationsManager,choose
UpdateManagement/RepositoryManager.
lInthe ServerView menu bar,c hooseUpdate Man-
agement/RepositoryManager.
TheRepository Manageropens with the main window.

6.2.2 Closing Repository Manager

Youclose the Repository Managerby closing the main window.
lToclose the Repository Managermain window, click theC lose icon in
thebrowser window.
