6.2.5 Managing user-defined groups (Collections)Youcan use the following proceduresto manageuser-definedgroups.
6.2.5.1 Creatinga user-defined group
Tocreate a user-definedgroup,follow thesteps below:
1. Goto t heC ollectionstab in the Repository Manager,see "C ollections
tab"on page 132.
2. Click Create.
TheCreate Collection dialogbox opens.
3. Assign a nameto the new group underName.
4. Assign a commentdescribing the groupunder Description.
5. Click >> to copy all component groupsfrom the Source list to the Des-
tinationlist.
6. If you do not want to copy all componentgroups, select the component
groupsthat you want to add to the new groupunderSource and click >.
7. Click OK to create yourcust omizedgroup. The dialogbox closes and
thenew group is created. Theselected component groupsare assigned
tothe new group in the ServerViewdatabase.
6.2.5.2 Editing a user-definedgroup
Toedit a user-definedgroup, follow the steps below:
1. Goto t heC ollectionstab in the Repository Manager,see "C ollections
tab"on page 132.
2. Select the groupyou want to edit.
3. Click Edit.
TheEdit C ollectiondialog box opens.
4. If necessary, changethe comment describing the groupunderDescrip-
tion.
