Omni-Directional Scanning

Dolphin terminals support omni-directional scanning. The red high-vis aiming pattern frames the bar code to provide you with the best scanning performance.

The aiming pattern is smaller when the terminal is held closer to the bar code and larger when farther from the bar code. Symbologies with smaller bars or elements (mil size) should be read closer to the terminal whereas larger bars or elements (mil size) should be read farther from the terminal.
