Dealing with dial-up confusion

Please see the Admin User Guide, if you need more sophisticated connection schemes, such as:

•irregular use of area code #1. long-distance call within one area code

•irregular use of area code #2. local call to another area code, as illustrated in figure 27

•RAS. calls involving a Remote Access Service (RAS) server

•dial-up or network. sites one can connect to using either.
