•Check the Remote Copy connection and the HP 3PAR Storage System setup. Consult the HP 3PAR InForm OS CLI Administrator's Manual or the HP 3PAR InForm Management Console Help for details on setting up and checking Remote Copy functionality.

A previously created snapshot could not be cleaned up for the Remote Copy procedure.

•Manually remove the snapshot from the HP 3PAR Storage System.

•Use RMExch analyze to determine which snapshots are on the HP 3PAR Storage System but not reflected in the Recovery Manager repository. Use removevv (and if required removevlun) to remove the unwanted virtual volumes. See Appendix B, “Troubleshooting,” for more details.
