Definitions of imperfections:
aBright or dark dot: A subpixel (red, green, or blue dot) that is stuck on or off.
bSpot: A point on the display that appears dark or bright and does not change in size. Caused by foreign circular matter on the backlight.
cLine: A line on the display that appears dark or light and does not change in size. Caused by contamination (lint, hair) behind the display.
dPolarizer scratch: A light line that is visible on a darker background and does not change in size.
ePolarizer dent or bubble: A light spot with a darker border that appears on a lighted display and does not change in size.
