4For the TV with a paddle-type stand, hold the stand in place and remove the four screws that secure the stand to the TV. Lift the stand off the TV. This completes stand removal for this type of stand.

6Four screws (D) secure the pedestal to the TV chassis in the mounting area. The tabs (C) in the mounting area form the slot for the pedestal leading edge. Remove the four screws (D), and then slide the pedestal straight out of the TV.

5For the TV with a pedestal-cover stand, remove the retaining screw from the stand pedestal cover (B in next figure). Remove the cover.
