About Recording Errors

A recording error means that a program scheduled to record was not recorded. This can occur for several reasons. If your PC was turned off and not in standby mode during the time the program was scheduled to record, or if there was a recording

conflict with another scheduled program, a recording error occurs. If you were watching live TV when the program was scheduled to record and declined the prompt to change channels, a recording error occurs.
