Activating Your Device

If you purchased your smart device at a Sprint Store, your device should be activated and ready to use.

If you received your device in the mail and it is for a new Sprintaccount or a new line of service, it is designed to activate automatically. To confirm your activation, make a phone call.

If you received your device in the mail and you are activating a new phone for an existing number on your account, you will need to contact Sprint Customer Service to activate your new device. There are two activation options:

From your computer’s Web browser, go to www.sprint.com/activate and complete the onscreen instructions to activate your device.

Dial 1-888-211-4727from another phone to contact Sprint Customer Service to complete the phone activation.

When you have finished, make a phone call to confirm your activation.

Tip

Do not press the End key while your device is being activated. Pressing the End key cancels the activation process.

If you are having difficulty with activation, contact Sprint Customer Service by dialing 1-888-211-4727from any other phone.

Making Your First Call

1.Press the Talk key to display the Phone screen.

2.Tap the keys on the Phone keypad to enter the phone number.

3.Press the Talk key again to place the call.
