Notes:
●When seek tuning to the required station is
not possible because the broadcast signal is
too weak, press the ™ or £ button
momentarily to perform manual tuning.
●When the power is set to STANDBY, or
another mode (TAPE, CD or AUX) is selected,
the last tuned frequency is stored in memory.
When the power is switched on again and
TUNER/BAND button is pressed, the same
station will be tuned to.

deseada no es posible porque la señal de

●Cuando se coloca la alimentación en

última frecuencia sintonizada queda
almacenada en memoria. Cuando conecta la

Sintonización manual
Cada vez que se presiona el botón ™ o £,
la unidad pasa a través de la banda de
frecuencia actual. La sintonización es
efectuada en pasos de 50 kHz para FM y de 9
kHz para AM (OM/OL).
En AM, la frecuencia sintonizada se mueve
continuamente de la banda de OM (522-1.629
kHz) a la de OL (144-288 kHz) y viceversa.

banda corrente. La sintonizzazione viene
eseguita in passi da 50 kHz in FM e 9 kHz in

sintonizzata passa continuamente dalla banda
MW (522-1.629 kHz) alla banda LW (144-288
kHz) e viceversa.
Manual tuning
Each time the ™ or £ button is pressed,
the unit steps through the current frequency
band. Tuning is done in steps of 50 kHz for FM
and 9 kHz for AM (MW/LW).
In AM operation, the tuned frequency moves
continuously from the MW (522-1,629 kHz) to
the LW (144-288 kHz) band and vice versa.
1Press the TUNER/BAND button.
●The power is switched on and a band and
radio frequency will be shown in the
display.
2Select the band.
3Tune to the required station.

Botón STEREO AUTO/MONO (utilizando
la unidad de control remoto)
Modo automático:
Colóquelo en esta posición cuando escucha o
graba una radiodifusión estereofónica de FM.
El indicador STEREO se enciende cuando se
recibe una radiodifusión estereofónica de FM.
MONO:
Colóquelo en esta posición cuando la
recepción estereofónica de FM tenga ruido.
Si se sintoniza otra estación en el modo MONO,
la unidad ingresa automáticamente en el modo
automático.
STEREO AUTO/MONO button (using the
remote control unit)
Auto mode:
Set to this position when listening to or recording
an FM stereo broadcast. The STEREO indicator
lights when the FM stereo broadcast is received.
MONO:
Set to this position when FM stereo reception is
noisy.
When another station is tuned to in the MONO
mode, the unit automatically enters Auto mode.

con ricerca per sintonizzarsi automaticamente
sulla stazione più vicina in modo da poter udire
la trasmissione. Durante il funzionamento in AM,
la frequenza passa continuamente dalla banda
MW a quella LW e viceversa.

segundo o más. La unidad ingresa en el modo
de búsqueda de sintonía sintonizando
automáticamente la estación más próxima y por
eso se escucha la radiodifusión. En la operación
de AM la frecuencia se mueve continuamente
desde la banda de OM a la de OL y viceversa.
Seek tuning
Press the ™ or £ button for one second
or more. The unit enters the seek tuning mode
to tune in the nearest station automatically, so
the broadcast can be heard. In AM operation,
the frequency moves continuously from the MW
to the LW band and vice versa.
Press to move to lower frequencies.
