The top position is only a guide. It
cannot be used as a rack position,

Always place oven racks In the
proper position while oven Is cool.
CAUTION: Whenyou are usingthe
rackin the lowestposition(1),you will
needto use cautionwhenpuffingthe
rackout.We recommendthatyou pull
the rackout severalinches and then,
usingtwo potholders, pullthe rack out
by holdingthesides of it.The rack is
lowand youcould be burned if you
placeyour hand in the middleof the
rackand pullall theway out. Be very
carefulnot to burnyourhand onthe
doorwhen usinga rack in the lowest
position(1).
Youmay feel thatyour newoven
cooks differentlythantheovenit
replaced.We recommendthatyou
useyournew oven a few weeksto
become morefamiliar withit, following
thetimesgiven inyourrecipes as a
guide.If youfeel your oven is too
hotor toocoolfor yourcooking
preference,see Do-It-Yourself

TheIndicator Lights:
• PREHEATED indicatorlight- turns
on andstayson when oven has
reachedselectedtemperature,
• OVEN ON indicatorlight-turnson
andstayson when a Bake, Broil,or
Cleanfunction has been chosen.
•CLEAN indicatorlight- turns on
andstayson for self..c)ean.Ifthe
CLEAN indicator lightflashes,
youshouldcheckfor one ofthe
following:
1. Thelatchhandle is lockedduring
abaking function.
2. Thelatchhandle is not locked
