2. Slidetheself-clean lock handle to
the right asfar as itwiUgo, Do not
force the handle.
3. Turnthe ovencontrol knob to
CLEAN. The CLEAN and OVEN
ON indicator lights willglow.
Ifthe CLEAN indicator flashes, the
door is not closedcompletely.
Simplypush the handle to the lock
position.
4. The cleancycle lasts 4 hours
and20 minutes--this includes a
cool-down time. You may change
this to anytime from3 hours to 5
hoursand 59 minutes by touching
the HOUR/MIN UPand/or DOWN
arrow pads.
When the door locks, CLEAN
and OVEN ON indicator lights
will glow.The oven temperature
must drop below thelooking
temperature before the door can
beopened. TheCLEAN and
OVEN ON indicators will blink at
the end ofthe cycle.

hour)beforeattempting to open the
door.The indicatorlightwillnotblink if
thecycle isstopped,
Afterthe cycle,you may noticesome
whiteash inthe oven. Just wipeit up
withadamp clothor sponge.
Ifwhitespots remain,scrubthem
witha soap-fiUedsteal-woolpad.Be
sureto rinsethoroughly.Theseare
usuallydepositsofsaltthatcannot be
removedduringthe cycle.
Iffor any reasonyou arenot
satisfiedwith the cleaning
results,just repeat the cycle.
