5 Configuring printer driver settings
From the Windows printer window, select the printer, and then display the printer driver property dialog box. All settings specified in this dialog box are applied to the printer when it is used with all applications.
5.1Displaying printer driver properties for configuring global settings
Displaying settings under Windows XP/Server 2003
1 Click the Windows [Start] button, and then click [Printers and Faxes].
2 In the “Printers and Faxes” window, select the “KONICA MINOLTA 162 PCL6”, “KONICA MINOLTA 180 PCL6”, or “KONICA MINOLTA 210 PCL6” icon.
3 Click [Printing Preferences...] from the [File] menu. The following “Print- er Driver Setup” dialog box appears.
