Manual distance setting

For manual setting, the adjustment dial (9) is turned to the left (i.e. anticlockwise) from the AF position to the desired distance. In the data panel (19), the set distance is then displayed instead of the date, e.g. 0.7m, 23.0m or z (for infinity).
