4.8Guidelines for Correct Results

General	TPS1200 instruments measure a distance using an invisible infrared laser beam
	which emerges coaxial from the telescope objective. For application programs
	without reflector a visible red laser beam is used which emerges in the same
	manner. The visible red laser beam is available for reflectorless instruments.

)Very short distances may be measured reflectorless with the infrared EDM to well reflecting targets. Note that the distances are corrected with the additive constant defined for the active reflector.
