HDMI ON/OFF

Use to enable/disable the HDMI connector. The default setting is

HDMI ON.

To set the HDMI ON/OFF option:

1.When the HDMI ON/OFF parameter is displayed on the front panel display, press the remote control ENTER button.

2. Use the remote control / buttons to toggle between HDMI ON and HDMI OFF. When you have chosen the desired option (it is displayed on the front panel), press the remote control ENTER button.

Note:

To use the HDMI function, set the HDMI parameters in the SETUP menu. See “HDMI Menu Options” on page 3-29.

HDMI RESET

Use to reset the RT-20 if HDMI functionality is not working properly.

To set HDMI RESET:

1. Use the remote control / buttons to highlight the HDMI RESET parameter.

2.Press the remote control ENTER button to select the parameter.

3.“SURE” appears on the front panel display. Press the remote control ENTER button to activate HDMI RESET; or press the remote control SETUP button to exit the menu without activating the parameter.

Note:

If images are not properly displayed on the display device after config- uring the HDMI setting on the SETUP menu, reset the RT-20. This will return the HDMI setting to the state before the setting was made.

REMOT_CODE

Assigns a remote control command mode to the RT-20. When DVD_1 is selected, the RT-20 can be operated with an RT-20 remote control to which the DVD_1 command mode is also assigned. DVD-2 is the default command code.

To assign the DVD_2 command mode to the remote control:

Press and hold the remote control STOP and number 2 buttons for about 5 seconds.

When DVD_1 is selected, the RT-20 can be operated with an RT-20 remote control to which the DVD_1 command mode is also assigned.

To assign the DVD_1 command mode to the remote control:

Press and hold the remote control STOP and number 1 buttons for about 5 seconds.

Note:

The DVD_1 command mode is intended for use when two RT-20s are installed in the same system. Otherwise, avoid assigning the DVD_1 command mode to the RT-20 and the RT-20 remote control. When two RT-20s are installed in the same system, assign the DVD_2 command mode to one RT-20 and the DVD_1 command mode to the other RT-20.
