2.Locate an opening in the wall for coax cable passage. Drill a 1/4 in. hole through the wall, if required.
3.Locate and mount the grounding block on the outside of the building near the cable opening.
4.Connect one end of a No. 10 copper ground wire to the lug on the grounding block. Route the wire as straight as possible to an appropriate building ground (See the previous “Warning.”) Connect the other end of the ground wire to the building ground using an approved method. (See the previous “Warning.”)
