2 Select the playback area and layer with SOUND MODE button.

•When playing back disc whose selected area or layer does not exist, select the playback area or layer in the order “Multi”, “Stereo”, “CD”.
•The area/layer selected at SOUND MODE button remains in the memory even when the power is turned off.
