Recording Your Name

When you send, reply to, or copy a message, your name precedes the message. To record or re-record your name at any time, use the

following steps:

1From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

2Press 4 to access Personal Preferences.

3Press 3 to access the Record Your Name option.

4Press 2 to record your name.

5Press ** to return to the main menu.

Recording Your Active Greeting

Through Nextel Voice Mail Service, there are a number of ways people can reach you. You may want to include one or all of the following options in your greeting so that callers will know they are available.

•Press 1 to send a numeric message.
