Keypad Silence
You may want to silence your keypad when entering text on your phone. To silence your keypad, follow the steps below.
1Press * then # then 3 then 4.
2Use 
to lower the keypad volume until the display reads
Silent.
3Press o under “Exit.”

on the side of your phone to raise or lower the volume. The lowest setting is Volume Silent.
