Check the Phone

Obtain information about your phone by saying

“Check” followed by the value you wish to check.

To see and hear status information:

1. Press the smart key.

2. Say “Check.” (Your phone displays a list of valid

status indicators and prompts you to choose one.)

䢇Status — plays back and displays the following:

䡲Battery

䡲Signal strength

䡲Network coverage

䡲Master volume setting

䡲Number of missed calls

䡲Number of new voice mail messages

䡲Current time and date

䡲Number of new SMS Voice messages

䢇Voicemail — plays back and displays how many new

voice mail mess ages you have.

䢇Messages — plays back and displays how many new

voice mail messages, text messages, and picture

messages you have.

䢇Missed Calls — plays back and displays how many

new missed calls you have.

䢇Time — plays back and displays the current time and

date.

䢇Signal Strength — plays back and displays current

signal strength.

䢇Network — plays back and displays current network

coverage.

䢇Battery — plays back and displays the current level of

battery charge.

䢇My Phone Number — plays back and displays your

phone number.

䢇Volume — plays back and displays the current master

volume setting.

Note You must say “More Options” one or more times to

display Time, Battery, Signal, Network, Volum e, and

My Phone Number.
