Troubleshooting
If you cannot establish connectivity between two voips in the system, follow the steps below to determine the problem.
1. Ping both MultiVOIP units to confirm connectivity to the network.
2.Verify the telephone connections.
Check cabling. Are connections well seated? To correct receptacle?
Are telephone Interface Parameter settings correct? Remember that each voip channel is separately configurable.
3.Verify phonebook configuration.
4.Observe console messages while placing a call. Look for error messages
