Duplex Unit Jams

1Open the duplex unit’s top

cover.

2Remove the jammed

media.

3Close the duplex unit’s top

cover.

4If there still is a jam message,

open the duplex unit’s lower

cover.

5Remove the jammed media

by pulling it toward you.

6If there still is a jam message,

open the duplex unit’s lower

cover and paper guide. Lift

the inner paper guide.

Attention

Hold the paper guide by its handles to avoid catching your fingers

between it and the cover.
