Front Panel

The router front panel has the following status LEDs and buttons:

WPS LED

Wireless LED

USB port

Power LED

Downstream LED

Upstream LED

Internet LED

LAN LEDs

You can use the LEDs to verify status and connections. The following table lists and describes each LED and button on the front panel of the modem router.

Table 1. LEDs and buttons

LED Description

•Solid green. The modem router has power.

	•	Blinking green. The modem router is powering on.
Power	•	Blinking red. The modem router is performing a self-test or the thermal cutoff circuit has
		been triggered.

•Off. The modem router is not receiving power.

•Solid blue. More than one downstream channel is locked.

•	Solid green. One downstream channel is locked.
Downstream •	Blinking green. The modem router is scanning for a downstream channel.

•Off. No downstream channel is locked.
