i2021 ISDN Teleset

the teleset will display the SPIDs for you. Simply choose the correct SPID. If the switch does not support AutoSPID, you will have to manually enter the SPID. Check with your service provider or system administrator for the correct information.

nDIRECTORY NUMBER

The telephone numbers appearing on your line.

nCALL APPEARANCE KEYS

These are configured at the switch and at your phone. You may have more than one Call Appearance of a Directory Number. Check with the system administrator or service provider for information and multiple Directory Numbers. With National 2 and 3 ISDN, many of the required settings can be automatically downloaded from the switch – see your system administrator or service provider for details.

nFEATURES

Conference, Drop, Transfer, Call Forwarding, and others may need to be programmed in the Teleset.

nSWITCH TYPE

The type of switch used by the service provider. The i2021 will operate with the Lucent Technologies 5ESS® (National ISDN), Nortel DMS-100®the Siemens EWSD®, and the AG Communications System GTD-5®.
