INT SG

This is used to set the type of built-in signal. In SD mode, SMPTE signal and ARIB

 

signal are set to BLACK.

 

100%CB: 100% color bar

 

75%CB: 75% color bar

 

SMPTE: SMPTE color bar

 

ARIB: ARIB color bar

 

BLACK: black
25M REC CH

This is used to set the number of audio channels for recording in DVCPRO (25M) or

 

DV compressed recording format.

 

2CH:

 

Record in 2-channel.

 

4CH:

 

Record in 4-channel.

 

<Note>

 

When 1394 input signal is selected, the same number of audio channel as that of

 

audio channel of 1394 input signal at the start of recording is recorded regardless of

 

setting made as above.

LOOP REC

This is used to select whether to perform LOOP REC or not.

 

ON:

 

Perform LOOP REC.

 

OFF:

 

Not perform LOOP REC.

 

<Note>

 

This is set to OFF when the power is turned on again.

AUTO REC

This is used to select whether to perform AUTO REC/STOP according to the

 

recording/stop signal of HD-SDI input signal sent from the camera recorder.

 

OFF:

 

Not perform AUTO REC/STOP.

 

TYPE1:

 

Perform AUTO REC/STOP according to the Recording Mark in LTC information

 

added to HD-SDI.

 

TYPE2:

 

Perform AUTO REC/STOP according to the Recording Mark in SVITC information

 

added to HD-SDI.

 

TYPE3:

 

This is selected when non-Panasonic camera recorders are used.

 

<Note>

 

• When selecting TYPE1 or TYPE2, refer to “Panasonic camera recorder, recording

 

format and Recording Mark” (Page 92).

 

• The devices supporting TYPE3 are Sony Corporation’s HDW-F900R and PDW-700.
