When data is not written
If the following error messages appear when the UP (or DOWN) button is pressed in step 4, the data is not written.
Data format error messages
Error message | Condition |
WRITE PROTECT | The write protect switch on |
| the side of the card is set to |
| ON. |
NO CARD | A setup card is not |
| inserted. |
ERROR | The disk cannot be |
| formatted. |
Countermeasure
Set the write protect switch on the side of the card to OFF.
Insert a card.
The card may be defective. Replace the card.
