To copy all items in the handset phonebook

Make sure that the power is ON (p. 15) and the unit is in the standby mode.

to “Recv Phonebook”, then press

to “Send Phonebook”, then press

.

•“Copy Proceeding” is on the display.

•The phonebook is displayed.

3 Press

arrow points to “Copy Forward”, then

•“Copy Proceeding” is on the display

and all forwarded information in the

phonebook is copied.

•After copying is completed, a long beep

sounds and “Copy Complete” is

displayed.

•After a few seconds, the display will return

to intercom call.

•If “Copy Incomplete” is displayed, the

receiver handset memory is full.

•If “Copy Failure” is displayed, the

receiver and/or sender did not prepare for

copying within 60 seconds.
