the Caller ID information.
•Other party does not subscribe to Caller ID service.
•Do not pause for over 60 seconds while searching.
•There are no items in the Caller List or Phonebook.
•The handset is too far from the base unit.
•The handset is engaged in an outside call or is
viewing the Caller List.
•The handset is not in the same radio area.
•The handset is engaged in an outside call.
•The handset has been cancelled or has not been
registered. Register the handset in the base unit
